LEGACY YOUTH ACADEMY

Who We Are

At Legacy Youth Academy, we are more than just an educational setting — we are a supportive community dedicated to helping young people who need a different approach to learning and personal development.

We specialise in working with disengaged and at-risk students in Key Stages 3 and 4, offering an alternative provision that combines academic education, tailored mentoring, and structured martial arts training. Our team is passionate about empowering every young person to overcome challenges, rediscover their strengths, and build a positive future.

Our Mission

Every young person deserves a second chance — and we are here to guide them on that journey.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where disengaged and at-risk young people can learn, grow, and thrive.

We understand that many of our students have faced barriers in mainstream education, from emotional and behavioural difficulties to complex personal circumstances. At Legacy Youth Academy, we take the time to understand each young person’s story and help them develop the skills and confidence they need to move forward.

What We Believe

We believe that education is not just about textbooks and exams — it is about building resilience, fostering self-worth, and developing practical life skills. That is why our approach is holistic, blending:

This multi-layered approach means we are not only helping students succeed in their education — we are helping them build a strong foundation for life.
